Payments

We don't take a cut of your dues

Dues, event tickets and sponsorships are processed through ValorPay at their standard card rates, straight into your bank account. We set the merchant account up during onboarding and connect it to your join and event pages.

Most platforms in this category add a percentage on top of processing. On a network collecting $60,000 a year, a 3% platform fee is $1,800 — more than the software. We charge for the software and leave your dues alone.

Questions worth asking

Who counts as a member?
Anyone with an active membership in your network. Leads, past members and event attendees who never joined don't count toward your tier — you can keep the whole list without paying for it.
Do I need my own merchant account?
We set you up with ValorPay merchant processing as part of onboarding. Dues and event payments land in your bank account, not ours.
What do you take from our dues?
Nothing. You pay ValorPay's card processing rate directly, and we don't add a platform percentage on top. A network collecting $60,000 a year in dues keeps every dollar past processing — which is not true of most platforms in this category.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on Core and Network. Your members see your name on the emails and your domain in the links; we're the plumbing, not the brand.
What does the setup fee cover?
Importing and cleaning your existing member list, connecting your domain and email so it delivers properly, setting up your join and event pages, and training your admin. It's the work that makes the difference between software you own and software you bought.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancel any time. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free. If you leave, you export your members, contacts and payment history in a format another system will accept.
